Ingredients
- 2 oz Blended Scotch
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 oz Honey-Ginger Syrup
- 1/4 oz Single Malt Scotch
- Ice
- Slice of boiled ginger from syrup
Directions
Step 1
In a shaker, combine ice, blended scotch, lemon juice, honey-ginger syrup, and single malt scotch. Shake!
Step 2
Strain over ice and garnish with slice of ginger.
