Flames Before Bed | Paranormal Activity Themed Cocktail

Erick & Vivi dive into Oren Peli’s 2007 Paranormal Activity and started noticing a little paranormal activity of our own while making this drink!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • Everclear

Directions

Step 1

In a shaker, add rum, blue curacao, and lemon juice with ice. Shake!

Step 2

Pour into a glass. Make sure there is a significant gap (between 1/4 and 1/2 inch) between the top of the glass and the liquid. Layer a thin layer of Everclear.

Step 3

Safely, light the drink (for aesthetics only! DO NOT try to drink while flame is on). Blow the flame out and stir! Cheers!

In our first attempt at Shots of Horror Vivi talks about the Enfield Poltergeist and how it inspired the Conjuring 2 while Erick gives more on the actual Black Zodiac (no relation to the Black Zodiac from 13 Ghosts apparently)!

Erick & Vivi dive into James Wan’s 2013 The Conjuring while enjoying a Full Moon Martini by Jojotastic!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • Blackberries

Directions

Step 1

Mix and pour coconut cream and water in sphere ice mold. Put in freezer overnight.

Step 2

Remove coconut cream sphere from mold and place in glass.

Step 3

Add vodka and ice to cocktail mixer and shake. Pour over coconut cream sphere and garnish. Enjoy!
