Freddy’s Face | A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge Themed Cocktail

Erick & Vivi dive into Jack Sholder’s 1985 A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge and get dragged into the nightmare of drinking from Freddy’s Face!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mango
  • 1 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • Strawberry Slices

Directions

Step 1

In a blender, add mango, rum, triple sec, lime juice, and ice. If you would like the drink to be a little sweeter add simple syrup. Blend!

Step 2

In a glass, scatter as many strawberry slices as necessary as you pour blend to get Freddy Kreuger scar look. Cheers!

Erick & Vivi dive into Ruben Fleischer’s 2009 Zombieland and take a little bit of Tallahassee’s advice to enjoy the little things while not forgetting to double tap!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 oz Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine

Directions

Step 1

In a glass with ice, add ginger beer.

Step 2

In a separate shot glass, add grenadine and whiskey. Drop the shot glass into the glass with ginger beer. Cheers!

Train to Redemption | Train to Busan Themed Cocktail

Erick & Vivi dive into Sang-ho Yeon’s 2016 Train to Busan and tried a variation to the Korean drink called Cojinganmek which translates to “first bad things come then good things”!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of IPA Beer (any – we tried it with Zombie Dust)
  • 1/2 Shot of Dr. Pepper Zero
  • 1 Shot of Soju

Directions

Step 1

Pour half a shot of Dr. Pepper Zero into a shot glass.

Step 2

Pour a full shot of Soju into a shot glass.

Step 3

In a beer mug, place the shot glass with Dr. Pepper Zero at the bottom. Place shot glass with Soju directly on top of the first shot glass.

Step 4

Pour beer into mug until both shot glasses are completely covered. Cheers!

Erick & Vivi dive into Paul W.S. Anderson’s 2002 Resident Evil and tried to appease the Red Queen by drinking her bramble! Too bad she dropped a little bit of T-Virus in for good measure!

Ingredients

  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 oz Hennessey
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • Dash of Grenadine
  • Club Soda

Directions

Step 1

In a shaker, add strawberries and muddle. Add Hennessey, triple sec, and grenadine with ice. Shake!

Step 2

In a separate glass add crushed ice. Strain shaker into glass. Top with club soda. Cheers!
